See the World through the Eyes of a Parkour Free Runner

Parkour and free runner athlete James Kingston straps a camera to his head and allows viewers to live vicariously by joining him for a run across the rooftops of Cambridge. While parkour videos are impressive when shot from a distance, the first person point of view used in this video reveals just how daring free runners are as Kingston walks along narrow ledges, jumps from one rooftop to another and scrambles up and down walls and roofs.

James Kingston is part of a group of parkour artists called Ampisound. You can see more videos from this group on their website or visit Kingston’s Facebook page.
