While parkour videos are impressive when shot from a distance, the first person point of view used in this video reveals just how daring free runners are as Kingston walks along narrow ledges, jumps from one rooftop to another and scrambles up and down walls and roofs.<\/p>\n<p>James Kingston is part of a group of parkour artists called Ampisound.
