This short animated story has a distinctly Korean flavor. The character designs and the character’s behaviors are reminiscent of popular Korean culture, a genre that is spreading rapidly around the world. Koreans affectionately refer to their popular art and music culture as K-pop. This funny animated video doesn’t use a human language. Instead the creatures “speak” with emotive noises that reveal their thoughts and feelings without using actual words. This means that the story in the video can be understood and enjoyed by people all over the world, no matter what their language is.

If you’d like to see another example of K-pop, take a look at the enormously popular song “Gangnam Style” by PSY.
