Ultimate frisbee is a sport that is similar to both rugby and American football, in that players must pass an object across the field and carry it into the end zone. In rugby and American football, an ovoid ball is used, but in ultimate frisbee, a disc is used. The sport is fast paced and requires the players to be extremely fit.
