Simkó-Várnagy Mihály creates an entire music track with his electric cello by looping the music he makes. There are some similarities between his cello technique and percussive acoustic guitar, although because electric cellos lack the hollow body of classical guitars and cellos, the majority of the tapping takes place on the strings.
